4
Yesterday I had Accidentally swiped left & removed the gmail notification that was on my android phone home screen without reading it. I went into my email account I didnt see anything there in regards to the notification. So I am wondering is there a way to see what notifications were sent to my phone from google in relation to my email account.
Thanks
Vish

Hi,
I don't think you can do it at these smartphones!
But you can download an app, it's called
Notification History Log - Android Apps on Google Play

Hi,
The Gmail app will come with Archive as the default action because everything is geared towards having us save as much as possible, all the time. Here's how to change it, in case you're interested.
Go to settings in your Gmail smartphone app. If you have a lot of folders, or labels, you will need to scroll all the way to the bottom of the list to find Settings.
- SelectSettings and thenGeneral Settings. (Image immediately following.)
- Select the first option:Gmail default option
- When the popup box appears, select Delete(See second image below.)
Note: if the notification you swiped, was sent by Google accounts or anything else you can't restore it, but if you put you Gmail address on it and didn't delete it, you can see it!
